A full day in the Argentine countryside: a private field in San Miguel del Monte, a narrated asado with nine cuts, and open time with horses and foals you can approach, pet and feed. Round-trip transport from Buenos Aires is included, capped at 15 guests.

Pickup is at 11:00 on Avenida Santa Fe and Laprida (on the Santa Fe side). Roughly two hours later you arrive at the field at km 144 of Ruta 3, where a bilingual host welcomes you with an Argentine vermouth or cocktail and bruschettas, and frames the day ahead.

The asado begins with the story of why grilling like this is central to Argentine identity. As each cut leaves the grill, it's introduced: where it comes from, how the asador cooks it, and what it means at a porteño table. You'll work through chorizo, morcilla, sweetbreads, kidney, colita de cuadril, lomo, vacío, asado, and pork matambre, with wine, water, and lemonade throughout.

Between courses you're free to walk the grounds and spend time with the horses and foals, one of the calmest, most grounding moments of the day.

The experience closes with postre vigilante (quince paste with cheese skewers) and a shared mate round, where you'll learn its history and why it's the country's symbol of friendship. Return to Buenos Aires by 18:00.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available with advance notice.
