Product Info

Begin your journey with a scenic drive from your selected departure location toward northern Albania. As you travel through the changing landscapes, your guide will introduce you to the history and geography of the region and explain the traditions and way of life that have shaped the communities of the Albanian Alps.

Your first major stop is Qafa e Thores, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the region. Take time to enjoy panoramic views of the dramatic mountain landscape and capture photographs.

Continue to the historic mountain village of Theth, where you will discover some of its most important cultural landmarks. Visit the iconic Theth Church and learn about its role in the local community and the history of the village.


After exploring Theth, continue by minivan or mini bus toward Ndërlysaj Village, where the hiking portion of the experience begins. Follow your local guide along a scenic mountain trail through forests and alpine landscapes toward the Blue Eye of Theth, one of the region's most impressive natural attractions.

At the Blue Eye, enjoy time to appreciate the crystal-clear turquoise water, surrounding nature, and spectacular mountain scenery.

Also you can enjoy a traditional local food there at the Blue Eye (don't forget to bring cash for your lunch, beacouse restaurant over there don't have electricity)

Take photographs and relax before beginning the hike back to Nderlysa. Return to the minivan and begin the journey back to your selected departure location.
