- This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the number of participants for a given departure date is less than 2, the tour will not proceed and the booking will not be confirmed. You will be notified at least 7 days before the departure date if the tour is cancelled.
- The tour fee includes round-trip transportation and the services of an accompanying staff member, but does not include attraction admission fees (sightseeing facilities, etc.) or meals. Please pay these fees directly to the staff member on-site.
- The tour fee is uniform regardless of age. The unit displayed in the system represents the 'number of participants.' All travelers aged 2 and older must be booked at this rate.
- Mountain weather is unpredictable. It is recommended to carry rain gear and a warm jacket, and to take appropriate measures against the cold depending on the season.
- The Hakkoda Ropeway may suspend operations due to wind speed, weather conditions, or other force majeure. In the event of a suspension, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit Jigoku-numa and the Aomori Prefectural Tourism Center (ASPAM) as an alternative to the Hakkoda Mountain portion of the tour. Please understand that the actual itinerary will be adjusted based on the conditions of the day.
- The itinerary may be subject to change due to severe weather conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and the tour will proceed as scheduled.
- The vehicle type will be arranged based on the number of participants and may be a bus or a large taxi.
- Staff will be arranged based on the language requirements of the travelers on the day (Chinese/English/Korean/Japanese). Please note that specific language requests cannot be guaranteed.
