Day 1

Home【Airplane】Anchorage

Today you'll arrive in Anchorage, Alaska's largest city, the economic center of the "Last frontier" and Alaska's largest transportation hub. Check-in hotels upon arrival (Alaska hotels can check in after 4:00 pm). 

Notes on Transportation from Airport:

※ Free pick-up service from Anchorage airport to designated hotels:

 Each order includes one complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service from Anchorage Airport to the designated hotel on the day of arrival. The Information Center next to the baggage claim area in the Anchorage airport provides free calls to hotels. After you arrive, please contact your hotel to arrange to be picked up by the shuttle. The hotels only accept shuttle bookings from guests that have already arrived at the airport. There is no way to make an advance reservation.

  When you book the hotel shuttle, please provide the hotel with your personal information: full name (in pinyin), number of people, etc.

  After you make the booking, the hotel shuttle will take around 30 minutes to arrive at the airport.

  Hotel shuttle pick-up location: Anchorage International Airport, outside the arrivals area, designated hotel shuttle pick-up area. The exact location will be subject to the actual reservation.

  Guests who arrive at a similar time will take the pick-up shuttle on the same flight, which may cause you to wait for a short time at the airport, please understand.

Anchorage【Train】Fairbanks

From the hotel in the morning, you'll take the Alaska Aurora Winter Train* northbound to Fairbanks (08:30-20:00), Aurora Winter Train are very popular in the area and only travel on weekends, passing through the Alaska Mountains, Mount Denali, which travels at a slow speed that makes you relaxed and relaxed to enjoy the gold-and-gold along the way Magnificent views.Fairbanks is a transportation hub for expeditions deep into Alaska's interior and the Arctic Circle, and the world's best place to see the Northern Lights, with more than 243 days of clear night sky to observe during the year, and because it is only 310 kilometers from the Arctic Circle and is bordered by mountain barriers, it avoids bad weather, so Northern Lights hunters gather in the city where the Northern Lights are most easily observed. You will return to the hotel to rest at around 2 am the next morning.

Day 4

Fairbanks【Bus】Santa Claus House【Bus】Museum of the North【Bus】Fairbanks

Today you'll enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel. You will depart at 1 pm for the famous "Santa Claus House" in the town of North Pole, which, in order to create a strong Christmas atmosphere in Santa's hometown, features a huge 16-meter-tall santa statue and 2-meter-tall polar bear and moose statues. Many of the surrounding public facilities are also decorated in a Christmas theme. Later, you'll follow your guide to the Museum of the North on the University of Alaska's Fairbanks campus, the best place for visitors to discover the mysterious Arctic world and the real life of early locals. With its unique architecture, the museum is one of Fairbanks' landmarks. The museum is divided into different exhibition halls, which not only give a detailed introduction to the local environment and history, but also display some rare arctic animal specimens (“Blue Babe”, mammoth bones, a nearly 3-meter-tall brown bear, etc.). Afterwards you will return to the hotel for a rest. (If the Museum is closed, you will visit the Morris Thompson Cultural Center and be refunded your $15 Museum of the North ticket fee on site).

Day 5

Fairbanks

Today, you'll enjoy a leisurely day in Fairbanks. You can plan your own activities or participate in local winter activities at your own expense. At nightfall, to avoid city light pollution, you'll board the Northern Lights shuttle bus at 10:00 PM to explore the surrounding areas outside of Fairbanks. Our expert aurora guides will guide you to the most favorable aurora viewing areas based on weather conditions, the direction of the aurora, and their extensive aurora tracking experience. During the tour, we'll also provide information on the Northern Lights, camera settings, and photography techniques to help you capture stunning aurora photos . (A third aurora viewing is included in the tour fee.) You'll arrive at your hotel at 2:00 AM the following morning for rest.

Day 6

Fairbanks

Today you will enjoy a leisurely day in Fairbanks. You can make your own arrangements or chose an optional activity to participate in for an additional fee. Due to limited time, it is only possible to choose one out of the two optional activities below.

Options:  

1. Overland Adventure Across the Arctic Circle (drive both ways, round trip about 16 hours)

2. Aurora-Viewing Lodge Or Aurora Chasing (approximately 4 hours round trip): 

If you need to depart by flight the next day, please be sure to arrange a flight departing after 07:00 in the morning to avoid the risk of missing your flight.

Day 7

Fairbanks【Airplane】Home

Today you'll end your trip and bid farewell to beautiful Alaska.

If your flight out of Alaska is scheduled for the evening or later,you can also choose to participate in interesting winter special projects:Snow Mobile Tour, Ice Fishing Tour (optional for guests joining the group after November 20, 2026, the specific start date depends on the local snowfall).

Optional:  

1. Snow Mobile Tour(approximately 2-4 hours total)

2. Ice Fishing Tour(approximately 4 hours total)

Tips:    

1. The check-out time for most hotels in Alaska is 12:00 p.m., but please confirm the check-out time with your hotel.

2. For flights within the U.S., please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance.

3. To avoid the risk of a missed flight, please book a flight that leaves after 7:00 a.m. on the last day of your trip.

4. Each order includes one complimentary airport shuttle service. Please make a reservation when placing your order. Required reservation details: room number, name in pinyin, number of guests, and departure time. If no reservation is indicated or flight information is not provided, the airport shuttle service will not be available.

5. If you plan to continue your stay in Fairbanks after your tour, you can book a hotel extension in advance.

Essential Information About Booking:

1. This tour is led by a local Chinese-speaking guide (except where otherwise noted); with a minimum group size of 2 people, it can be immediately confirmed.

2. We strongly suggest that you wait to buy plane tickets until after you receive your confirmation from us.

3. Please provide us with your flight information and phone number at least 10 days ahead of your tour departure. Otherwise we will be unable to send you the final confirmation.

4. If you do not provide our company with your correct flight information in time, and as a result we do not have a car and staff member available, we reserve the right to refuse any free airport pick-up or drop-off service originally offered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. Alaska fire code does not permit adding extra beds in hotel rooms. All hotel rooms have either one or two beds.

6. This product is priced as a package tour. If you are unable to participate in some of the tour activities or unable to use any part of the itinerary or included services, we are unable to give any refunds.

  • 1. This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver’s license.

  • 2. The sequence of activities in this tour itinerary is subject to change based on the tour departure date, weather conditions, etc., but the content of the tour will not change. The sequence in the above itinerary is provided for reference only, and may not match your final itinerary.

  • 3. If there are discrepancies between any time stated in the itinerary and the time given by your guide, please meet at the time your guide has informed you of.

  • 4. Different guides are assigned to each day tour, so each day you will have a different guide leading your tour.

  • 5. While observing the aurora, in order to avoid affecting the experience of others, please do not use flash photography.

  • 6. It is very cold in Alaska in winter, so please bring appropriate warm clothing, such as: down jacket, fleece jacket, hat, scarf, boots with traction, sunglasses, etc.

  • 7. On the Dalton Highway lingering in the middle of the road is strictly prohibited. Guests must take responsibility for any safety incidents resulting from such behavior. It is recommended that you enjoy the views from the side of the road.

  • 8. For safety reasons, minors under age 18 may not enter the outdoor natural rock pool, but they may use the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub.

  • 9. Minors under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by at least one adult at all times or to submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian.

  • 10. If you didn’t book any optional activities available on the tour in advance, you can talk with your guide about booking these activities. In this case payment must be made in cash.

  • 11. Please be aware, if you are not able to meet your guide at the appointed time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, running late, etc.), and thus miss the chance to board the bus and cannot participate in the tour, we are afraid we cannot refund your fee for that day.

  • Please arrive at the pick-up location least 10 to 15 minutes early.

  • You may call us within 1 to 2 days of your tour to confirm the pick-up time and location.

  • 12. If, due to unpreventable circumstances (including but not limited to: natural disasters, political and social situations, accidents and malfunctions, road closures, etc.), adjustments must be made to the tour in order to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in the tour group, our company reserves the right to take measures including changing the time or content of the tour or even canceling some or all tour activities. The related tour fees cannot be refunded, and any additional costs incurred (i.e. extended hotel stay, transportation, meals, plane ticket changes) must be borne by the guests.

  • Natural disasters: flood, earthquake, hail, snowstorm, tsunami, etc.

  • Political & social situations: war, shutdown, protest, regime change, policy change, terrorist attack, etc.

  • Accidents and malfunctions: tour bus or other transportation equipment malfunction, sudden damage to recreational equipment, traffic accident or other blockage of roads, etc.
