Children's Policy

• 1–4 years old: Free of charge when sharing services with parents. A surcharge applies for a separate seat: USD 5/seat on the shuttle bus or USD 10/seat on the limousine.
• 5–8 years old: 75% of the adult price for the first child. The second child is charged at 100% of the adult price.
• 9 years old and above: 100% of the adult price.

Special Notes

• Due to current vehicle restrictions in Hanoi's Old Quarter, hotel pick-up is not available directly at most Old Quarter hotels. Guests will meet at Hanoi Opera House or another designated meeting point.
• Drop-off will be arranged at the nearest convenient point to your hotel within the Old Quarter. Please provide your hotel name and address in advance so we can confirm the exact drop-off point.
• The tour may finish slightly earlier or later than the estimated time.
• Please bring cash, a phone/camera, sunscreen, and raincoat or umbrella depending on the weather.
