◎ The minimum group size is 2 people. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified via email 1 day before departure regarding the tour cancellation.

To protect your travel rights, we strongly recommend that travelers from Taiwan purchase their own 'Overseas Travel Insurance' and 'Overseas Emergency Medical Insurance' before departure for the most immediate and comprehensive coverage.

◎ You must provide the representative's name, a local Vietnamese phone number (if available), email, and messaging app account.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
