• If there are not enough participants for the join-in tour, we will notify you individually 2-3 days before the tour.
• If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants, a 100% full refund will be provided.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid acting independently in areas without safety personnel.
• The tour usually proceeds even in rainy weather.
• Drinking alcohol is not allowed during the tour.
• Additional costs will be notified separately if they occur.
  
• The tour may be unavailable due to natural disasters; we will notify you individually if the tour cannot proceed.
• No partial refunds will be given for time reductions or schedule changes due to natural disasters or similar reasons.
  
• If the rain stops after a squall, the tour will resume; please understand that you may be notified suddenly before the meeting time on the day of use.
• If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, it may be difficult to use the product.
  
• Lost items during the tour are not stored separately and are difficult to recover, so please take good care of your personal belongings.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health conditions (pre-existing conditions, etc.) or your own negligence.
  
• In case of injury due to personal carelessness, it will be handled through travel insurance; please keep receipts for local medical treatment.
• We are responsible for providing information for this independent travel product, and the actual tour is conducted by a local company.
