Enjoy this price and quality, only possible with Kimono Rental VASARA! Make it a day to remember with the best photos! The photos will be color-corrected and delivered via a data transfer service in about 1 week. *We do not perform retouching such as skin smoothing or face slimming. Additional Photo Options 10 photos: 3,300 JPY (tax included) 30 photos: 5,500 JPY (tax included) There is no additional shooting fee for up to 2 people. If booking for 2 people, please book one 'Location Photo Plan' and one 'Women's Kimono' or 'Men's Kimono'. 【Kimono Rental & Dressing】 With VASARA's rental kimonos, dressing and hair styling are included, so you can come empty-handed! You can choose from a variety of patterns for each plan. We also have a wide selection of sandals and obi sashes, so enjoy creating your total look. Once you've picked your favorite kimono and finished your dressing and hair styling, it's time to enjoy the city stroll. Of course, you can continue to enjoy walking around in your kimono until the return time even after the photo shoot. *The price includes the shooting fee (27,500 JPY tax included, +5,500 JPY tax included for weekends/holidays) and the yukata rental/dressing fee (Women's Yukata Standard 3,630 JPY tax included). By booking this plan, you can enjoy the yukata rental, dressing, and the photo shoot all in one. *If you arrive late for your reservation, the shooting time cannot be changed or extended. *After delivery, we cannot accept complaints regarding artistic choices, requests for re-shooting, or refund requests. Thank you for your understanding. *If you wish to extend the shooting time, it may not be possible due to the photographer's schedule. *You cannot request a specific photographer. *The photos delivered will be selected by us as the best ones. You cannot request changes to the photos. Regarding cancellation:
- The event may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, but we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the location. Thank you for your understanding.
Notes for participation:
- ・You may choose a different kimono than the one in your booked plan after arriving at the store. ・To enjoy your kimono even more, we offer paid hair styling options beyond the standard, as well as special obi knots, and rental accessories like hair ornaments and traditional umbrellas. ・Kimono rental customers get free storage for one bag of luggage. Large suitcases, etc., excluding valuables, can be stored for 1,100 JPY (tax included). ・Next-day return is also available for 2,200 JPY (tax included)! Please return by the final return time on the following day.

- *If the photographer's travel expenses, entrance fees, or facility usage fees are required, you will be responsible for them separately. *Travel time is included in the shooting time. (Excluding travel time to the location if meeting at the store) *Photos will be delivered digitally (download format). *Photo retouching (editing) is not performed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
