What You Can Expect

- 09:00Arrival/Reception. Please come to the shop you reserved. If you have any trouble finding the location, please feel free to call us. We also ask that you arrive a little earlier than your reserved time. You do not need to bring anything in particular, but please present your student ID for identity verification.
- 09:05Kimono selection. Please choose your kimono for each plan at the store. We have a wide variety of unique patterns available, ranging from modern contemporary designs to classic styles.
- 09:10Dressing. We will begin dressing you in our dedicated dressing area. Our staff will quickly help you put on everything from the juban (kimono undergarment) to the obi. It takes about 20 minutes per person to complete the dressing process.
- 09:20Hair styling. After you have put on your kimono, we will proceed with hair styling. We offer free styles as well as paid options, such as braids, to complement your kimono look. Since you are dressing up in a kimono, we highly recommend getting your hair styled as well.
- 09:30Stroll. Once you are ready, please enjoy a stroll or a meal. There are many tourist attractions near the Kimono Rental VASARA shop. Feel free to ask our staff for recommendations on where to go.

Purchase Notice
Regarding cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, but we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the location. Thank you for your understanding.
Notes on participating in the course:
- *Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. *Please return the items at least 30 minutes before closing time. You will change at the dressing shop. If you exceed business hours, please return the items the following day. We also offer next-day return or same-day return at a different shop as options. For next-day returns, please return the items by the final return time on the following day. A separate fee of 2,000 JPY (excluding tax) will be charged.
Other special notes:
- *For languages such as English, we will use a translation device to assist you.
Remarks:
- If you are less than 30 minutes late, please come as you are. Please be aware that you may have to wait a little, as we may prioritize customers who have reservations for the time you arrive.

Clothing/Belongings: We recommend wearing high-tech thermal innerwear (without a collar) during the winter season. There are no specific requirements for other seasons. Please present your student ID at reception.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
