Customers must provide flight number, transfer date, detailed address, number of passengers, and luggage count when booking. Complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights after landing. Specific service areas, vehicle models, and prices are subject to the selected package.

Purchase Notice

This product is for a one-way airport pick-up or drop-off service. Please select the corresponding package based on your actual pick-up/drop-off area.

2. Please provide the travel date, flight number, arrival time, detailed pick-up/drop-off address, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and contact information when booking.

3. Complimentary waiting time for domestic flights is 60 minutes after actual landing; 90 minutes for international flights.

4. In case of flight delays, the driver will adjust the pick-up time based on the actual arrival time.

5. Please select the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage. Service may not be provided if luggage exceeds vehicle capacity.

6. If a child safety seat is required, please specify when booking. The first one is free, and the second one costs $15.

7. Additional stops, changes to the destination, or destinations outside the selected service area may incur extra fees; please confirm in advance.

8. Carrying dangerous goods, illegal items, or oversized items is prohibited; smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.

Child seat, overtime waiting, and late-night service fees

The first child safety seat is free of charge; the second child safety seat costs 15 USD. Please book in advance and provide the child's age. A free waiting time of 60 minutes is provided for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. After the free waiting period, an overtime fee of 20 USD will be charged for every 30 minutes (based on the actual flight landing time). Services provided between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM the following day are subject to a 15 USD late-night service fee per order. Additional stops, changes to the destination, or services exceeding the original booking scope may incur extra charges; specific amounts must be confirmed in advance.
