As part of this experience, you will visit a local wet market and learn about the local lives. Get to enjoy an iconic Singapore breakfast in a local coffee shop before returning to the studio for the immersive cooking experience.
You’ll learn how to prepare local favourites such as laksa, a spicy coconut milk-based noodle soup, Ngo Hiang, a five-spice minced meat roll, and sweet treats like Kueh Dadar - pandan crepe rolled with palm sugar sweetened shaved coconut.
Enjoy a wholesome culinary experience that leaves you with a full stomach and enriching stories and information about Singapore.
