• This professional nature restoration, adventure, and retreat experience takes place amidst the sea, forests, streams, and waterfalls of Chinen, Nanjo City, in southern Okinawa. The purpose of this tour is not just to "see and play" in nature. We will clean the beach to tidy up the sea, open our five senses with forest bathing, and help create a forest that revitalizes the land. Then, working together with our companions, we will climb a stream and head towards a hidden waterfall. At the waterfall, while feeling the power of the water all over our bodies, we will quietly contemplate what we "want to let go of" and what we "want to cherish from now on."

• This program is designed for residents of Chinen and those involved with Okinawa, offering opportunities for local rediscovery and interaction. Participants will walk along the coast and through the forests surrounding Seifa Utaki, participating in beach cleanups and forest maintenance activities. While engaging with the local nature, culture, and history of prayer—things we often overlook—participants will also learn about the challenges the community faces, such as aging and environmental conservation. It's not just about enjoying nature; by helping to maintain the community with your own hands, you'll cultivate a sense of attachment and pride. After the activities, there will be time for dialogue, providing an opportunity to build new connections and friendships with the community.
