- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children cannot participate. For the safety of pregnant guests, please ensure you are no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.
- Please ensure accurate and complete information is provided during booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone preferred for notifications), and accurate flight details or meeting point, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be your own responsibility.
- Hotels offer different room types, such as one King/Queen size bed or two Double size beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per some hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card valid at the destination for hotel deposit and check-in procedures. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out.
- Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted.
- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, stay duration, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
- In the event of temporary closures of attractions or closures due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to exterior viewing or replace it with other attractions to ensure a rich experience. Please understand that this is considered force majeure.
- Children under the age of 8 are required to use a safety seat. Rental services are available at a cost of USD$10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to note this when booking your tour so we can make the necessary arrangements. Any violations or fines resulting from a failure to notify us in advance will be the responsibility of the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded to the guest.
- Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in good general health. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us before booking to obtain relevant policy information. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or appropriate seating arrangements.
- If you are unable to join the tour or choose to leave the tour at any point due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, or accidents), the tour fees and accommodation costs already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
- According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the tour bus, and smoking is also prohibited in the vast majority of hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are equipped to document any violations. If you are found smoking, you will be charged a cleaning fee of CAD$300 or more per night. This fee is the sole responsibility of the guest, and our company will not be held liable. If you need to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.
- Pets and animals are not permitted on any part of the tour.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
