A professional guide will take you to hidden gems in Sapporo, including the Okurayama Ski Jump Stadium and Hokkaido Shrine, which are difficult to access by public transport. Thanks to the powerful GIANT e-bike, you can easily climb hills, including those at Okurayama. It's recommended even for those who don't usually exercise. This is a highly recommended plan for anyone with half a day free during their Sapporo sightseeing. The guide is a professional who has passed the rigorous JCGA guide exam and is also certified by the Governor of Hokkaido. We will guide you on a secret route utilizing safe, back roads.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • The tour may be canceled in case of bad weather (wind speed of 10 meters per second or more, or when a weather warning is issued).

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • For junior high school students and older, and those 140 cm or taller. *This bicycle is easy to ride, even for beginners. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Other special notes:

  • Please understand that due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions, we may not be able to follow the planned course. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. As we will be driving on public roads, you must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 10 to 100 years old

  • Regarding clothing and belongings: Please come in clothing suitable for exercise. You don't need specialized athletic wear; casual attire is fine.

  • Regarding rental equipment: Helmets

  • Estimated time: We'll explore the town, stopping at various places along the way, and it will take about 3 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
