Shower facilities before and after the spa are available only for packages that include an aroma massage.

We recommend arriving early for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled as a NO SHOW. (Changes and refunds are not possible.)
For safety reasons, individuals under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women outside of regulations, and the elderly may be refused service. In such cases, refunds are not available.
If you have any personal medical conditions or specific circumstances (allergies, medication use, pregnancy, body parts to avoid, etc.), please check with the spa staff in advance before proceeding. Please note that we may be unable to provide assistance if any issues arise due to a lack of prior consultation.
