Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Cancellation due to bad weather: Tours will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms, high waves, typhoons, strong winds, or heavy rain. In the case of light rain, a decision will be made based on the sea conditions on the day.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Please contact us if you will be late for your scheduled meeting time. If you are late, your experience time may be shortened.
Other special notes:
- The experience may be canceled depending on sea conditions. If the cancellation is decided on the day of the activity, we will contact you the day before.
