Fotografiska, based in Stockholm, Sweden, is an international landmark for contemporary video, art, and cultural life. It is committed to presenting the world's top video works to the public and redefining the new experience of contemporary video art. It also focuses on video artists from China and other parts of Asia, aiming to create a vibrant, innovative, and inclusive international cultural and artistic community.
The Fotografiska Center for Video Art offers a curated range of cultural activities, including exhibitions, events, music parties, and salon-style lectures, to enhance the international profile of Chinese artists and showcase their talents on the global stage. Lifestyle amenities such as a soft serve shop, café, open-air bar, and restaurant are also located throughout the four floors of the center. The Fotografiska Center for Video Art is open until 11 p.m. daily, allowing visitors more flexibility in planning their time.
