A. Overland Arctic Circle Tour (round trip by car, approximately 16 hours in total)

  • The journey is scheduled to begin in the morning, traveling along the Dalton Highway, one of Alaska's most remote and challenging roads, towards the Arctic Circle. The 414-mile Dalton Highway is one of the "World's Ten Deadliest Highways," and only vehicles with professional operating permits are allowed to travel on it. Along the way, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the pristine Arctic tundra landscape and have the chance to encounter caribou, Arctic foxes, wolves, bears, and musk oxen. Passing the Yukon River, the third longest river in North America, you'll also witness another great and arduous human achievement—the transcontinental oil pipeline that runs through Alaska.
  • Arrive at the Alaskan Arctic Circle (66°33'N) landmark and receive an Arctic Circle Expedition Certificate.
  • Return from the Arctic Circle landmark. If you're lucky, you might have a chance to witness the Northern Lights on your return journey.
  • They are expected to return to Fairbanks between 02:00 and 03:00 the following morning.


B. Flying over the Arctic Circle (plane to and car back, flight one way about 1.5 hours, car one way about 10 hours, English service)

  • Check-in is scheduled for approximately 11:30 AM. Please arrive at the meeting point (3820 University Ave S, Fairbanks, AK 99709) one hour prior to check-in.
  • Take a small sightseeing plane to Coldfoot, where you will enjoy a breathtaking aerial view of the Alaskan Arctic tundra and make a short stop.
  • We plan to depart from Coldfoot in the afternoon by Polar Bus, returning to Fairbanks along the famous Dalton Highway. En route, we will visit oil pipelines and the Yukon River.
  • The journey will include a visit to the Alaskan Arctic Circle (66°33'N) landmark, where participants will receive an Arctic Circle Expedition Certificate.
  • We expect to return to the meeting point between 02:00 and 03:00 the following morning and disperse on our own.

**The entire journey, from flight to car, will be conducted without a driver or guide. Communication will primarily be in English with local staff. Participants are responsible for making their own way to and from the meeting point, and will disband independently upon returning.**

1. This trip requires you to have a valid photo ID, such as: your passport with a U.S. visa, U.S. ID card, U.S. driver's license, etc.

2. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to participate.

3. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour to participate.

4. Winter temperatures in Alaska are low, so please prepare warm clothing according to your own needs, such as: down jackets, fleece jackets, hats, scarves, snow boots, sunglasses, etc.

5. Smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour.

6. If you are unable to participate in the tour or withdraw from any part of the tour due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the tour fee already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.

7. If there is a discrepancy between the times indicated in the itinerary and the times announced by the tour guide on-site, please refer to the times announced by the tour guide.

8. If you need to depart by plane the day after your trip, please make sure to arrange a flight departing after 7:00 AM to avoid the risk of missing your flight.

9. Stopping in the middle of the Dalton Highway is strictly prohibited for tourists.

10. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government or social actions, accidents or malfunctions, road blockages, etc.), with the safety and rights of all tour group members as the primary consideration, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures and make suitable adjustments based on the actual situation on-site. These adjustments may include temporary changes to the itinerary's timing or content, or even the cancellation of some or all sightseeing spots. We reserve the right of final interpretation. Related tour fees are non-refundable, and any additional costs incurred (such as extended hotel stays, transportation and guide services, meals, flight rebookings, etc.) must be borne by the guests themselves.
