Water Taxi Notice:
The chartered water taxi (boat) may be shared with other passengers from outside our tour group.
Minimum Passenger Requirement:
This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to operate. In the event that the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled, and you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the departure date.
Vehicle Changes based on Group Size:
Depending on the number of participants, the tour vehicle may be changed to either a minibus or a HiAce-type van.
Large Luggage Policy:
We cannot accommodate or store large luggage (such as large suitcases) on the vehicle. Please arrange to store them before the tour.

Weather & Marine Conditions:
Due to safety regulations, the water taxi may be canceled in the event of rough sea conditions. This decision may be made on the morning of the tour. If the water taxi is canceled, the entire tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Motion Sickness:
If you are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend bringing and taking motion sickness medication before boarding the boat.
Walking & Footwear on Kinkasan Island:
Kinkasan Island features many steep slopes and steps. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes.
Cash Recommendation:
Some locations visited during this tour only accept cash. Please make sure to bring Japanese yen cash with you for shopping and personal expenses, as credit cards or mobile payments may not be available at all stops.
No Partial Participation or Early Departure:
Joining the tour midway or leaving the tour group early (individual dismissal before the tour ends) is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
