Calgary/Banff → Banff National Park → Banff Gondola (Optional, 90 minutes) → Hoodoos (15 minutes) → Bow Falls (15 minutes) → Surprise Corner (15 minutes) → Banff Town (75 minutes, including time for optional lunch) → Johnston Canyon (60 minutes) → Banff/Calgary

Winter Itinerary:

Calgary/Banff → Bow Falls + Surprise Corner (30 minutes) → Banff Gondola (Mandatory, 90 minutes) → Banff Town (120 minutes, including time for optional lunch and optional Banff Upper Hot Springs) → Banff/Calgary

The Banff Gondola will be closed for annual maintenance from 11/09/2026-11/20/2026, so this mandatory fee will not be charged for visits during this period.

Drop-off at Calgary International Airport is available on the day of the tour; please book domestic flights departing after 21:30 and international flights departing after 22:00

1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted to join the tour. For safety reasons, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour to participate.

2. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate and complete, including your name and valid contact details (a mobile number is preferred for urgent notifications), to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided.

3. Guests are not permitted to bring their own tickets or use a City Pass.

4. During the trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.

5. If an attraction is temporarily closed and cannot be visited, the guide's arrangements for that day will prevail. Please understand that any impact on the itinerary due to such force majeure factors is beyond our control.

6. Many attractions on this itinerary require participants to be in good basic health.

7. If you are unable to participate in or choose to withdraw from any part of the tour due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, or accidents), the tour fee already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.

8. To ensure the itinerary remains smooth and complete, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. The vehicle will depart without waiting if a guest is more than ten minutes late.

9. The following tips will help you check in faster and more efficiently: please carry a valid photo ID and present either a printed or digital copy of your itinerary.

10. Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour.

11. Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.
