The maximum age for this trip is 70 years old; bookings for those exceeding this age cannot be accepted.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler; seniors aged 60 and above must be accompanied by a friend or family member aged 18 to 59. Pregnant women are not accepted for this booking; we appreciate your understanding.

Children and adults are charged the same price.

This trip involves long periods of walking. Please ensure you are physically fit for the activity, wear comfortable clothing and footwear, and stay alert for your own safety while touring.

Please arrive at the pickup point at the time agreed upon with the tour staff. Do not be late, as it may delay the itinerary for you and other travelers. If you are late, please arrange your own taxi for departure or return; we appreciate your understanding.

If the early pickup along the Third Ring Road is cancelled at the last minute, the early pickup fee will not be refunded.

All scenic spots require the presentation of an original ID card, passport, or Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao/Taiwan upon entry. Please be sure to carry the identification document used at the time of booking. Travelers must provide accurate registration information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.

If you qualify for the current free admission policy of a scenic spot, the ticket refund will not be based on the official listed price but will be calculated and processed according to the discounted group rate offered to the travel agency.

Please be aware that traffic jams, traffic control, or unexpected situations may occur on the day, which could delay the return time to Chengdu. Please do not book flights or high-speed train tickets for the same day to avoid extra losses caused by late arrival; the travel agency will not be responsible for any expenses incurred from rushing to catch transport.

Meals are not included in the itinerary. You may ask the driver to recommend restaurants or prepare your own meals in advance.

The destination of this product is at a high altitude. Guests with severe hypertension, heart disease, or other conditions, as well as elderly guests, should decide whether to travel based on their own physical condition and medical advice. After booking, please prepare medication that can effectively alleviate symptoms of altitude sickness and make all necessary preparations before the trip. The high-altitude region has a dry climate with strong sunlight and intense UV radiation; it is recommended that guests bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lip balm, etc. The temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude areas is significant, so please prepare long-sleeved clothing and cold-weather gear. Additionally, it is recommended to carry cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, sedatives, headache powder, and other medications to prevent discomfort caused by altitude sickness. If you feel unwell during the trip, please notify the tour staff and the travel agency immediately, and allow the staff to assist you in seeking medical attention and following medical advice.
