-What you can expect-
Escape the city to take in the natural views and fresh mountain air on a guided hiking tour in the Malá Fatra range. Ride the cable car all the way up to Snilovske Peak and admire the scenic landcapes below.

Leave Bratislava's main train station early in the morning and arrive in Zilina where your will meet your guide and drive to the beautiful Vratna Valley. Take a cable car from Chata Vratna to Snilovske peak at 1500m. From there, enjoy a moderately challenging hike to Chleb Peak at over 1600m.

Along the way, you'll taste some traditional 'slivovica' plum brandy and horalky biscuits. Descend to Poludnovy Grun, and continue to the mountain chalet at Chata Pod Grunom. Here you will take some free time to eat lunch or have some refreshments in the chalet before returning to the Vratna Valley.

Finally, transfer back to Zilina Station for your train ride back to Bratislava.

  • The train route to Zilina is unacompanied, you will meet your guide on the platform in Zilina

  • You train tickets will be sent to your email 1 day prior to departure. Please indicate your email address during booking

  • Train tickets will be issued for the second category with seat reservation

  • Trains depart from Bratislava to Zilina at 7.27am. You will arrive in Zilina train station at 9.36am

  • Trains depart from Zilina to Bratislava at 05.30pm. You will arrive in Bratislava main train stations at 8.00pm
