Q: Can I specify a hotel for pick-up and drop-off?
A: Pick-up and drop-off service is available from hotels in Taipei city.
Q: Is there one sky lantern per person?
A: Two to four passengers share one sky lantern.
Q: Can I visit only some of the attractions?
A: You can leave the tour early, but the fee will not be refunded.
Q: Will the tour depart on rainy days?
A: Tours will proceed as normal except in special circumstances such as typhoons or government-announced work or school closures.
Q: Will we see the Jadeite Cabbage at the Forbidden City?
A: The exhibits will be displayed in rotation according to the Palace Museum's arrangements. Please refer to the actual exhibition content on the day.

The actual itinerary sequence on the day may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions.
The trip will be conducted using private vehicle service, but this will be subject to the group's itinerary schedule.
Child safety seat regulations: Children under 4 years old or weighing under 18 kg are legally required to use a child safety seat. The first seat is provided free of charge. Subsequent seats will cost NT$500 each.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
