'The boat is a new vessel launched in 2024, the perfect size for a single group charter' The boat used for the course is a new 'YAMAHA YFR-27HMEX' delivered in 2024, equipped with a toilet, shower, air conditioning, cabin, and sunshade awning, making it safe for women and children. The capacity is 10 people, and up to 8 guests can board (excluding the captain and staff). It is the perfect size for a private group charter. The engine is the latest YAMAHA 'V6 cylinder model F250N', which uses gasoline instead of diesel, so you do not have to worry about odors or noise due to clean exhaust gas. The course organizer is a CMAS instructor (diving), ISA instructor (surfing), SUPA instructor (SUP), a member of the Chatan Fisheries Cooperative (diving fisherman), and has over 23 years of experience as an Okinawa marine sports instructor (as of 2025). As a specialist of the sea, they have devised a course that allows guests to enjoy the Okinawa sea even more. The staff are also certified by the Okinawa Prefectural Public Safety Commission, so you can enjoy the course with peace of mind.

Chibisi, where the course is held, is located about 12km west of Naha on the main island of Okinawa (about 30-40 minutes by boat from Chatan) and refers to three islands (Nagannu Island, Kuefu Island, and Kamiyama Island) and three reefs belonging to Tokashiki Island in the Kerama Islands. The official name is Keise Island, but it is often called Chibisi, which is derived from the Okinawa dialect. The Kerama Islands and the surrounding sea were designated as a National Park on March 5, 2014 (Coral Day). The sea, which boasts world-class transparency, is called 'Kerama Blue' and is visited by many travelers and divers from both Japan and overseas. It is home to a variety of corals, and humpback whales come here in winter for breeding and raising their young. It is also a valuable place designated as a protected area for migratory birds such as terns and as a breeding ground for sea turtles.

Gathering and Reception at Chatan Fisherina. On the day of the course, please come to 'Chatan Fisherina' by the meeting time, wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and dressed in attire that you don't mind getting wet. If you are coming by car, please use the paid parking lot on the premises. (Free for 2 hours from entry, 100 yen/60 minutes after 2 hours, max 400 yen for 24 hours). We do not provide a pick-up service, so please meet us at the location. When you arrive at 'Chatan Fisherina', please come directly to the boat (boat name: Haisai), and our staff will handle your reception. There is a dry room where we can keep your valuables and luggage that you don't want to get wet, but please note that we are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings such as cameras or laptops, as the boat will rock while sailing. There are changing rooms inside 'Uminchu Warp'. The available hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so if you are participating in the morning course, please change in advance. For safety reasons, we do not allow boarding in high heels or thick-soled shoes. Please note that if the captain judges it to be dangerous or slippery, you may be asked to board barefoot.

Departure. Once you are ready, please put on your life jacket (wearing a life jacket is mandatory by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and depart for Kerama Chibisi. Please enjoy the cruise on the Okinawa sea. The sailing time will vary depending on the sea conditions of the day and the destination island, but please expect it to take about 30-40 minutes. If we encounter dolphins or whales during the cruise, we may make a detour. For safety reasons, please follow the instructions of the captain and staff while on board.

Arrival at Kerama Chibisi - Start of Snorkeling & SUP. After arriving at 'Kerama Chibisi', please enjoy the Kerama Blue sea to your heart's content. We will explain the snorkeling and SUP points and safety precautions before you enter the water. Rest assured that an instructor will always be by your side to support you. We will guide you according to the conditions of the day and the needs of our guests. We will also take photos with an underwater camera, and the photo data will be provided for free. Of course, you can also spend your time relaxing on the boat without entering the water. During snorkeling & SUP, please wear a life jacket or wetsuit to ensure buoyancy. Please note that for safety reasons, we do not allow snorkeling & SUP in just a swimsuit. Please be careful not to land on the islands or stand on the coral reefs.

End of Snorkeling & SUP - Departure from Kerama Chibisi. After finishing your snorkeling and SUP session, enjoy a 30-40 minute cruise from 'Kerama Chibisi' back to 'Chatan Fisherina'. Please remember to wear your life jacket on the return trip as well. The sea breeze while sailing after a swim is truly refreshing. Many people even fall asleep due to the gentle rocking of the boat. If you feel cold from the water, you can stay comfortable inside the cabin. We do not recommend staying in the cabin if you are prone to seasickness.

Arrival at Chatan Fisherina. After arriving at 'Chatan Fisherina', please pack your belongings and make sure you have not left anything behind. Please also confirm with the staff how to receive your photos from the day. (We kindly ask you to leave a review.) After getting off the boat, you may still feel the sensation of the waves. Please be careful with your footing and remember to ensure your safety.

Dismissal. After dismissal, those staying at nearby hotels can return directly. If you need to change, please use the hot water shower and changing room inside 'Uminchu Warp'. The hot water shower and changing room inside 'Uminchu Warp' are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hot water showers are available for 200 yen for 5 minutes.
