Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Height, weight, shoe size, and age of all participants. ▶If you don't know these, please let us know via Activity Japan message after booking. ●Participants must be between 3 and 59 years old.
• Question 2: After your reservation, we will send you the details via message within Activity Japan. Please make sure all participants review the details before joining the tour. If you agree, please reply with "Yes"!
• Question 3: For safety reasons, we do not serve anyone who has ever experienced epilepsy, insulin-dependent diabetes, mental illness, or fainting due to a panic attack. No one in our group has any of the above medical histories. Please review the above and answer "Yes" if you agree.
• Question 4: This plan requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the number of people in your reservation falls below the minimum number required for the plan, you will be charged for the missing person on the day of the tour. Therefore, we do not accept reservations for single participants. If you wish to participate alone, please check our single participant plan. Please review the above information and answer "Yes" if you agree.
• Question 5: Are all participants between the ages of 3 and 59? For reservations made the day before or on the day of the event, those outside the age range will be charged a cancellation fee. We receive many incorrect reservations, especially from people aged 60 and over. We cannot accommodate people aged 60 and over. Please review the above information and answer "Yes" if you agree.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs in such cases.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• Please note that the following conditions are not applicable: ○ Heart and circulatory diseases ○ Epilepsy, neurological and brain diseases ○ Lung and respiratory diseases ○ Mental and behavioral disorders ○ Asthma ○ Diabetes ○ Pregnancy If you have any other illnesses, medical history, major surgery history, hospitalization history, or are currently taking any prescription medications, please contact us in advance.

Other special notes:

• First-time anglers are very prone to seasickness. Please bring motion sickness medication and take precautions against seasickness. For fishing and snorkeling set menus, depending on sea conditions and weather, it may be the case that "fishing is possible but snorkeling is canceled" or "fishing is canceled but snorkeling is possible". In such cases, safety will be the top priority, and only the menus that can be carried out will be held. In the above cases, if you cancel due to your own circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy, so please be aware of this in advance. In Okinawa Prefecture, due to fishing rights and laws, it is not possible to take home any octopus species, spiny lobsters, slipper lobsters, shellfish, corals, or groupers and white-spotted wrasse that do not meet the specified size. Occasionally, these may be caught on this tour, but please be aware that in such cases you will be required to hand them over to the captain who holds the fishing rights. [For customers who choose diving] ・To ensure that we guide you through diving safely, we ask that all diving participants please be sure to check the medical history form. In some cases, you may not be able to dive on the day without a doctor's certificate. Please note that even in that case, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer circumstances. ・You cannot board a plane after diving. Please come with a schedule that does not involve flying on the day of the tour. ・Towel sandals are limited in number. We prioritize customers who contact us after booking. ・For the snorkeling plan, 20 photos and 1 video are provided free of charge. You can add the unlimited photo and video option for 2200 yen. If you wish to add this option, please let us know after booking or on the day of the tour. Payment is cash only on site. If your mobile phone/smartphone does not have enough storage space, we may not be able to transfer the photos and videos immediately after the tour. You will need around 3GB of storage space. ・Feeding the fish is free with this plan. One piece of fu (wheat gluten) is provided free of charge per group, so if you would like to feed more, additional food is available as an option for 200 yen. ・If you do not have a swimsuit, you can use your own clothes that can get wet.・If you are late due to traffic congestion, flight or bus delays, or personal troubles, your time in the water may be shortened, or we may not be able to guide you into the water or you may not be able to board the boat. In such cases, it will be considered your fault, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare. ・In case of cancellation due to customer reasons, the cancellation policy will apply. ・Due to the heat, snorkeling plans during the summer months require you to wear a life jacket over your swimsuit. If you are concerned about sunburn, please prepare your own protection such as a rash guard.
