Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: You will find your e-bike at "Unlimited Biking" near the US Navy Memorial. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start time.(701 D St NW, Washington, DC, USA)

  • Not allowed:For safety, child attachments are not permitted on electric bikes

  • Know in advance:Minimum age required is 16 years old

  • No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present

  • Store hours are: November to March: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, April to October: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Note that a waiver must be completed in advance via the Unlimited Biking app. You'll find the instructions on your voucher after booking

  • Remember to bring:Please bring along a valid identification and credit card with you, as these will be needed for security upon check-in for your rentals
