The guided tour of the cellars invites you to discover the history of the brand and the production process of its Port wine, from its origin in the Douro Valley and Quinta do Panascal to the ageing process and sustainable winemaking practices.

At the end, enjoy a Port wine tasting featuring two of Fonseca’s iconic labels, Bin 27 and Siroco, accompanied by a live Fado performance, one of the greatest symbols of Portuguese culture. Children will be offered Douro grape juice as an alternative. This experience promises not only a taste of exquisite wines but also a deeper understanding and appreciation of Portugal's rich winemaking heritage.
