Upon arrival, you'll find your individual workstation ready with everything you need: semolina flour and water already measured, boiled potatoes, and personal cooking tools. After a short introduction to Sardinian ingredients and culinary heritage, start kneading the dough and shaping the pasta step by step.

This is a practical and engaging lesson designed for everyone, including beginners. You'll be guided throughout the process as you prepare the dough, shape the pasta, and discover the traditional techniques passed down through generations.

During the class, enjoy included beverages such as wine, beer, soft drinks, and unlimited water. Once the pasta is ready, sit down and enjoy a delicious meal. Your pasta will be cooked by the chefs and served with traditional Sardinian sauces. The tasting also includes a small appetiser and a typical local dessert, offering a complete culinary experience.
