While we stay proudly rooted in Indian sensibilities, we travel across borders and meet new audiences, even as we imbibe, assimilate, and transform ourselves into the new.
This culinary journey is brought through our name 27°W - signifying India’s position with respect to Singapore on the map.
Our menu is crafted thoughtfully and tastefully by Chef Varun Inamdar, a highly celebrated chef with 24 years of culinary expertise.
His accolades include two National Awards, a Guinness World Record, and the creation of India's first edible 6-feet 'Chocolate Mannequin' and Chocolate Ganesha, earning him the coveted title of ‘The Prince of Chocolates’.
As the chosen chef for Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Chef Varun has served global leaders and celebrities from Hollywood to Bollywood.
From the Obama’s to the House of Al-Sabah to the Ambani’s, there are very few whom he has not had the pleasure to serve.
He boasts a massive digital reach, ranking third globally on YouTube after Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay, known fondly as ‘The Bombay Chef’ around the world.
