• This trip will involve sharing a 5-seater, 7-seater, or 9-seater vehicle with other passengers.

• Children under 6 months old who do not occupy a seat can ride for free, but must be held by a parent. If they occupy a seat, the price is the same as for adults.

• Children aged 6 months to 3 years need to use a child car seat. Please be sure to inform us when placing your order.

Precautions

The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.

●This is a shared ride service. Therefore, each passenger is limited to one 29-inch suitcase. Carry-on bags are not included in this limit.

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (local time 00:00) regarding whether the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email thereafter.

The shared ride may be delayed by approximately 15 minutes. Someone will contact you on the day of your ride to inform you of the new departure time.

The company reserves the right to adjust departure times and fares for the services described above.

The carpooling service may be adjusted depending on the situation on the day of the trip. You may be able to transfer to another private car at Taichung High Speed ​​Rail Station or Sun Moon Lake.

★The itinerary includes travel liability insurance of 2 million RMB + medical insurance for personal injury of 200,000 RMB.

You must provide your passport number, name, and date of birth after purchasing this tour booking.

If a passenger fails to provide relevant insurance information before departure, it will be considered as a waiver of insurance coverage.

February 5th-10th, 2027 is the Taiwanese Lunar New Year. The tour requires a minimum of 2 people. For each person who participates, the driver will receive a NT$300 cash bonus for their participation in the Lunar New Year tour.
