- This plan allows you to rent a stylish Italian brand GIOS cross bike for 5 hours. It's easy to ride, even for women and cycling beginners, and comes with a large basket, making it perfect for buying a packed lunch and heading out for a cycling picnic. Staff who speak English and Chinese (including Cantonese) are always available at the store, in addition to Japanese. International customers can also easily use our service.

- The slightly smaller 26-inch frame has a sloping design, making it easy to mount. It also features a 7-speed external gear system, making it suitable for serious cycling.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- In the event that it is deemed unsafe to proceed due to inclement weather (heavy rain, typhoons, or other natural disasters), the event may be canceled. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, but we will not be able to compensate for any transportation costs incurred.
Other special notes:
- We will store your luggage free of charge if you are using our rental bicycle service.

* For those arriving by train: 2-minute walk (approximately 200m) from Inae Station on the JR Biwako Line.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
