Interrupting or exiting the installation process will cause the eSIM installation to fail, and the eSIM cannot be reissued.
A stable network connection (WiFi or mobile data) is required for eSIM installation. It is recommended to complete the installation before boarding your flight and activate it upon arrival at your destination.
The usage period begins immediately after eSIM installation. For long-haul or overnight flights, it is recommended to purchase an additional day of coverage so you can install the eSIM before your flight for the best experience.
Please confirm your device is eSIM compatible before purchasing. This product is non-refundable after the eSIM QR code is sent.

⚠Please scan your QR code on the day of departure. The day after scanning will be considered day one, and the day after 0:00 Taiwan time will be considered day two.
⚠ This eSIM must be activated within 90 days of issuance. It is recommended to activate it as soon as possible after arriving at your destination to ensure your usage rights.

A QR code can only be scanned once by one mobile phone, and cannot be changed after being bound.
Please follow the instructions for installation. Do not exit the installation process during the process, otherwise your phone may mistakenly delete the eSIM plan.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
