Product Info

This product provides transfer services between Chengdu train stations (East, South, West, and North) and downtown Chengdu. Service duration details:

Pick-up: The driver will wait at the station. A 40-minute free waiting period is included. Overtime is charged at RMB 2/minute. If you are delayed, please contact the driver or us immediately. Please note that due to the driver's schedule, they may not be able to wait indefinitely. To ensure the best service, please specify in your booking whether you would like the driver to arrive based on the train arrival time or a specific time of your choosing.

Drop-off: The driver will pick you up from your departure point. A 20-minute free waiting period is included. Overtime is charged at RMB 2/minute. Please note that due to the driver's schedule, they may not be able to wait indefinitely. To avoid missing your train, we recommend arriving at the station 40 minutes in advance.

This product covers transfers between the four major Chengdu train stations and downtown Chengdu. Service range details:

The pick-up/drop-off service is based on a 12km radius from Chengdu Tianfu Square. Destinations outside this range may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at RMB 4/km.

Luggage information:

Luggage reference: 5-seater (3 x 24-inch suitcases), 7-seater (4 x 24-inch suitcases), 9-seater (6 x 24-inch suitcases), 15-17 seater (12 x 24-inch suitcases). If you have oversized or excess luggage, please contact us so we can adjust the vehicle arrangement accordingly; additional fees may apply.

Vehicle information: 5-seater (Passat, Hongqi, Aion, Toyota, or similar), 7-seater (Maxus G90, Buick GL8, or similar), 9-seater (GMC, Fushun, Maxus, or similar). Specific vehicle models cannot be guaranteed.

Please provide accurate and clear airport/train station pick-up and drop-off times and addresses when placing your order to avoid delays.
The driver speaks Chinese, so you can communicate using translation software. However, due to network issues, we recommend using a mainland China phone number or WeChat.
Please read the product description carefully and select a vehicle according to the number of passengers and luggage to avoid overloading or insufficient space for luggage. You will be solely responsible for any losses caused by your own actions.
Infant/Child Seat: Not provided
Pet-friendly: Pets in cages are allowed. If your pet is large, please consider the space it will take and choose a suitable vehicle. Please inform us in advance if you have a pet; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse transport of the pet. No refunds will be given for any losses incurred.
