- This is a rapidly growing popular SUP plan where you can enjoy the magnificent nature and views of Mt. Fuji while out on Lake Yamanaka. SUP is an activity that anyone, regardless of gender or experience level, can enjoy with peace of mind. You are also welcome to bring your dog along on the board. We offer 60, 90, 120, and 180-minute courses so you can choose the one that best suits you. Please bring clothes that can get wet (swimwear) and sandals. (Please arrive already wearing your activity attire.) Rental wetsuits and rash guards are available. (Additional fees apply.) Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If weather conditions make it unsafe to conduct the tour, we reserve the right to cancel it to ensure the safety of our customers. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- What's included in the price: Experience fee, rental fees (board, paddle, leash, life jacket), and consumption tax. The price remains the same even if you bring your dog (please bring your own life jacket for your dog). Experience Schedule & Details: Please arrive by your reserved time and complete the check-in process. Explanation of SUP (5-10 minutes) Experience Session Departure This is a guideline. Please note that the schedule may change depending on the circumstances of the day. Target age: 10 years and older. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied or given consent by a guardian.
Other special notes:
- We believe you will be able to experience the activity on your reservation date unless there is a typhoon, heavy rain, or strong winds. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
