If the viewing is not possible due to the aforementioned seasonal factors, our company regrets that we will not accept refund requests on this basis.
Regarding the "filing procedures for situations where entry is impossible due to crowd control measures at the Elf Terrace".
Forest Elf Terrace is currently implementing visitor limits in response to overtonurism.
If we confirm that we cannot enter before arrival, we will change the itinerary to "Torinuma Park".
Torinuma Park is a stunning park known for its clear springs. The water is extremely transparent, and the reflections of the lush green trees on the surface are picturesque.
The tour guide will then lead you to this secluded natural paradise known only to locals. Your understanding is appreciated.
【Please confirm】Important note regarding meal arrangements: Only travelers who book the "All-you-can-eat Hami melon package" are eligible to enjoy Hami melon.
The "Cantaloupe Excluded (Buffet Only) Package" does not include cantaloupe at all. Please note that cantaloupe cannot be ordered separately at the restaurant on the day of your trip, nor can it be changed to an all-you-can-eat package.
Regardless of the option chosen, the food and dishes served at the buffet are exactly the same.
Please note: If any traveler who booked the "Cantaloupe-excluding package" is found to have consumed cantaloupe, an additional fee of 2,200 yen will be charged on-site.
Passengers who choose the "Meal-Free Option" should take note.
Guests who choose the option without meals can purchase bread from "Biei Nature Farm FERME LA TERRE" at their own expense on-site. However, we apologize if you are unable to purchase bread due to the bread being sold out on the day.
Please note: Guests who choose the meal-free option will not be able to use the restaurant's dine-in seating and facilities on the day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
