Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, or force majeure causing a cancellation, our company will notify you in advance of any alternative dates or cancellations.

Smoking, betel nut chewing, and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited on board.

Passengers aged 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

In the event of equipment damage caused by passenger factors, compensation may be provided at the market price.
