Explore Madeira on an exclusive itinerary designed by Madeira 4 Tours, enjoying a private half‑day experience with Ross.

Begin in Santa Cruz, strolling the promenade by the pebble beach, visiting the municipal garden and the 1507 church, or trying a traditional bakery. From there, continue to Machico, Madeira’s oldest town, with a charming centre, shops, a sandy beach, and historical monuments.

Next, ascend to Pico do Facho at ~570 m for wide views over the “dragon tail” coastline and the airport’s landing approach. Here, you'll head to Ponta do Rosto, where African winds create a desert‑like landscape and a unique view over Ponta de São Lourenço. Cross to the north and climb through the Laurissilva Forest to reach Miradouro da Portela, overlooking lush green valleys and Madeira’s north coast.

Conclude your journey at Quinta da Junta Garden in Santo da Serra, a local favourite with exotic plants, birds, and a beautiful viewpoint over the hills of Machico. This experience is private, flexible, and designed to avoid crowds for a smooth and comfortable day.
