Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- *Please note that the desired course may not be available depending on weather conditions and course conditions.* While tours generally proceed even in rainy weather, they may be cancelled after severe weather, heavy rain, or if there are river-related events. (No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather.)
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ・For safety reasons, you will be required to wear a life jacket provided by our shop. ・On sunny days, please bring a hat to protect yourself from heatstroke and sunburn. *While safety is our top priority, we regretfully cannot allow pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant to participate for the safety of both mother and child. *If a child is unable to paddle on their own, they will be accompanied by an adult.
Other special notes:
- *Age limit: 6 to 79 years old. *Preschool children must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. *Elementary school students must be accompanied by someone 13 years of age or older. *Participation is permitted for groups of 13-year-olds.

・For those coming by car: Turn left at the Mizugama intersection on National Route 58. Go diagonally left at the second traffic light, then turn left at the first traffic light. After about 50 meters, you will see Kadena Fishing Port on your right. Enter through the gate and proceed to the center of the fishing port.
・For those coming by other means: 《No need to worry if you don't have a rental car!》 We will provide free transportation to the nearest bus stop to the meeting place.
If meeting at the store → 《Kaihin Koen-mae》
If meeting at the fishing port → 《Mizugama》
*Please note that we may not be able to provide this service during peak seasons or when staff are short-staffed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
