Intangible Cultural Heritage Series - Parent-Child Craft Dragon Beard Candy Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop
- Event Dates: July 5 (Sunday), July 26 (Sunday), August 9 (Sunday), 2026
- Event Time: 10:00-13:00
- Internship content: Dragon beard candy making (starting with sugar boiling, to filling preparation, and learning sugar pulling and filling techniques).
- Each person can take away approximately 24 pills after class.
- Activity fee: HK$520 per group (includes 1 child aged 5 to 12 and 1 parent)
*The above prices are only valid for a maximum of 2 people (1 child and 1 parent).
* An additional fee of HK$100 per person will be charged if more than 2 people participate, but the amount of ingredients will remain the same (maximum of 3 people can participate at any time).

— Arrangements for severe weather —
If a typhoon of typhoon number 8 or above is encountered, or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued, the event will be cancelled or postponed. Participants will have three months to reschedule their activities.
If Typhoon No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is removed 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as scheduled.

- If any participant has any food allergies, please assess whether you are suitable to participate in the relevant course, or consult us about the course ingredients for reference. We will not be responsible for any food allergy symptoms that occur.
- Each activity has a minimum number of groups required to start a class. If the minimum number of groups is not met, the activity date may need to be changed.
- The event will start on time; latecomers will not be waited for. To ensure a complete experience, it is recommended to arrive at the event location 10 minutes in advance.
- All tools or facilities damaged due to human negligence or intentional act shall be compensated at cost.
- During the class, students are requested to take good care of their personal belongings. Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Training will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
