Product Info

Discover the beauty of Rome through its most beautiful monuments.
The tour begins at the Basilica of Saint Peter in Chains, where you can admire the chains of St. Peter's imprisonment in Jerusalem, the wonderful Michelangelo’s statue of Mosè and the tumb of Pope Julius II.
Through the richest streets of the city, you’ll get to the Colosseum and from here you’ll be able to see the Roman Forum, the nearby Domus Aurea and the Palatine Hill. Admire the Ludus Magnus: this was the place where gladiators trained before taking to the field and fighting.
The third stop is Circus Maximus, ancient Roman chariot-racing stadium and mass entertainment venue in Rome.
From here you’ll go to the Mouth of Truth: according to enduring medieval legend, it bites off the hand of any liar who places his hand in the Mouth.
Along the way you’ll visit the ancient Boarium Forum, the ancient cattle market, including the Temple of Hercules, Temple of Portunus and the Marcellus Theater.
The last stop is Piazza Venezia, where you can admire the Altar of the Fatherland and Palace Venezia, from which Italy’s entry into the Second World War was announced.
The tour finishes in the heart of Rome, just next to the She-wolf with twins, symbol of the Eternal City. Did you know that until 1970 there was a real she-wolf here?
