Please make your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
If the customer requests the driver to wait and remains contactable, we will wait according to the customer’s request. However, if the customer cannot be reached, the driver will wait for a maximum of 120 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this period, the booking will be considered a “No Show.”

No refunds will be provided in cases of late arrival or failure to show up for the service.
Service hours will begin from the pickup time specified by the customer during checkout.
Travel schedules may be subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the service date.
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the provider’s control, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Pickup time will be based on the time selected by the customer.
If the rental duration is not fully used within the same day or before 11:59 PM, the remaining time cannot be carried forward or refunded.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally, including stains, spilled liquids, scratches, or any other damage to the vehicle interior.
Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
