The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 the day before your trip via WhatsApp / WeChat / Kakao / Viber messaging app. Please do not include your LINE ID in the message, as it will be impossible to find you across borders and you will not be able to be contacted.
- Number of people booked and information about child seats
Please book the vehicle type according to the actual number of participants, including children. If the actual number of participants does not match the booked vehicle type, the participants will not be able to join the trip. Please take note.
Child safety seats are provided free of charge, with a maximum of 2 seats available per vehicle. Please indicate your preference when booking.
- Pick-up and drop-off area description
Private private charter car and drop-off points are limited to areas within Seoul city limits. Additional charges will apply for pick-up and drop-off outside Seoul city limits. The specific charges vary depending on the location, so please contact the supplier's customer service in advance for confirmation.

Vehicle usage time and overtime fees
Private private charter car is based on a 10-hour service period. Overtime will incur a fee of 25,000 KRW per hour, payable in cash to the driver on-site. (9-13 seater vehicles: 30,000 KRW/hour)
