• Once the ferry ticket has been issued, it cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded.
• Ferry departure times from Malaysia (Johor Bahru) follow Malaysia Time, while departures from Indonesia (Batam) follow Indonesia Time. Please check carefully before travel.
