The ropeway operates from 8:40 to 16:40 (normally, it runs simultaneously in both directions at 20-minute intervals, at 00, 20, and 40 minutes past the hour). *The last ascent is at 16:20.
Customers with a disability certificate should purchase tickets directly at the ticket counter.

[By Train (Shinkansen) or on Foot]
From JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station (West Exit), walk 8 minutes to the right (towards Minami-Uonuma/Niigata).
After walking approximately 640m, you will find the base station, "Ropeway Station," on your left.
[By Car]
Free parking is available during the summer season, with approximately 1000 spaces including surrounding areas (Takinosawa Parking Lot, etc.).
It is located on the mountain side of the base station, "Ropeway Station."
From the rotary in front of the station building on the road, head towards Minami-Uonuma/Niigata, and proceed 50m down the alley to the back of the station building.
