Additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons: If the traveler needs to provide additional exclusive services from the tour guide or staff due to personal factors (such as sudden private matters) during the trip, the related expenses shall be borne by the traveler; in case of emergencies such as needing to be treated in the middle of the night, the cost of the subsequent unparticipated itinerary will not be refunded.
