Peak Season and Holiday Arrangements: During long holidays, school breaks, or peak travel seasons, hotels are often fully booked. Our company reserves the right to replace hotels with others of the same standard or upgrade room types as circumstances require.
Personal Health and Equipment: Please stay hydrated, protect yourself from the sun, and keep warm during the trip. Prepare medications and a change of clothes according to your personal needs. We recommend bringing sunglasses, a sun hat, sunscreen, rain gear, a warm jacket, and drinking water, and wearing comfortable casual shoes and clothing.
Force Majeure Statement: Our company will not be held liable for any additional expenses caused by personal matters, strikes, political situations, wars, natural disasters, climate changes, or other force majeure factors. If the itinerary is changed due to these reasons, the related costs must be borne by the traveler, or negotiated further with customer service staff.
Itinerary Adjustments: If the itinerary is disrupted due to vehicle breakdown or other uncontrollable factors, our company will prioritize traveler safety and make every effort to arrange alternatives or adjust the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.
