A minimum of 18 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 21 day(s) before the departure date
The holding of the Tohoku Summer Festival in 2026 is not yet confirmed. The festival and fireworks displays may be cancelled at the request of the national and local governments. Furthermore, the content may be subject to change.
The festival will proceed rain or shine, but please be aware that it may be canceled in case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.
Recommended items to bring include a hat or parasol (for sun protection and to cope with the heat), and in case of rain, rain boots and a raincoat (umbrellas are not permitted). When watching the festival, please refrain from using camera tripods or any other actions that may inconvenience other spectators in the viewing area.
Due to the bus driver's working hours, there may be waiting times at the station and hotel.
The type of seating arrangement is usually undecided until July.
When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room at an accommodation facility, you may be required to lay out your own futon.
You may be using the Hayabusa train on the Tohoku Shinkansen.
The Hotokegaura sightseeing boat is a shared boat service with the general public. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or if you decline to board, we will refund the equivalent of the group fare. Please wear a life jacket if one is provided.
Due to poor catches, some menu items may be subject to change.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For requests made after that, please contact us to discuss.
