• The Hell Hot Spring Museum uses a staggered entry system, with entry arranged in principle every 10 minutes (subject to on-site instructions). Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your booked date and time to complete the entry procedures.
  
• There may be a wait during peak hours (e.g., you may have to wait until the previous session has ended before you can enter the venue), so please allow time and follow the on-site instructions.
• The recommended visit time to the Hell Hot Spring Museum is approximately 60 minutes.
  

-Entry Restrictions and Precautions-

• Depending on the ticket category, you may be required to show identification; failure to do so may result in a ticket price adjustment or refusal of entry.
  
• If you purchase a 3-site package, please visit the Hell Hot Spring Museum first before proceeding to the Umi Hell/Oniishibozu Hell.
  
• The Hell Hot Spring Museum features performances with visuals, sound effects, and dark scenes. Due to the floating/rushing sensations in the visuals, which may cause discomfort, young children, the elderly, pregnant women, those who are unwell, prone to dizziness, those with abnormal blood pressure/heart disease, those sensitive to special effects, and those with a fear of heights/darkness/claustrophobia should fully evaluate before purchasing.
• Children who are not in school or primary school students must be accompanied by a secondary school student or above when entering the museum.
• Cancellation, changes, or refunds are not accepted after ticket purchase.
