Product Info

- A 60-minute factory experience showcasing the unique KISEKI: knives, crafted with the latest technology.
This tour takes you to the factory that produces the incredibly popular KISEKI kitchen knife, which is difficult to obtain both domestically and internationally, with a one-year waiting list. You'll get to follow the entire production process. It's a tour where you'll be surprised at how much they show you! You'll also get to try cutting with the knives and experience sharpening them yourself.
- Making a pocket knife using scrap wood (30 minutes)
We'll create a one-of-a-kind pocket knife using a carbide alloy blade and leftover wood from Gifu Prefecture for the handle. You can also have your name or other message engraved on the handle with a soldering iron, making it a perfect souvenir of your travels.
・Knives and other products that have had a one-year waiting list are available for immediate purchase! (However, quantities are limited.)
- Lunch at the traditional Japanese house restaurant "Hana" (approximately 90 minutes)

Reminders

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.

  • Please follow the instructions of the person in charge while inside the factory.

  • - Photography is permitted in some areas inside the factory.

  • • You will need to use stairs to move around inside the factory.

  • Please wear light clothing that you don't mind getting dirty for the factory tour. Sandals, high heels, and platform shoes are not permitted.

  • - Some areas of the tour area are off-limits to shoes, so please change into the slippers provided.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated.

  • Please refrain from attending if you are feeling unwell.

  • Children under elementary school age are not permitted to participate alone. A parent or guardian must accompany them.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
