Tickets will be delivered to your hotel or facility in Japan.
Tickets are scheduled to be shipped from Tokyo around April 17th. They will arrive in approximately 1-3 days from the shipping date. Tickets cannot be shipped earlier than this date. (Only paper tickets are available; no electronic tickets are available.)
For customers who apply after April 17th, we will ship the product as soon as it is ready.
We cannot send tickets to unmanned accommodations, schools, or other locations that cannot accept deliveries.

[About seat tickets]

If you lose your seat ticket or if we are unable to verify it, you will be denied entry. Seat tickets will not be reissued.
A seat ticket is required for children 6 years of age and older. Children under 6 years of age may enter only if accompanied by a parent or guardian and sit on a parent's lap. If a child under 6 requires a seat, a seat ticket is required, so please reserve the sail at the child's rate.
